First Onsite, LLC is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive regional growth across multiple states. You will work with ~20 business developers and regional teams to craft and execute marketing plans, tailored to market feedback and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include creating regional campaigns, localization of national programs, and collaboration with global marketing to maintain brand consistency. This role combines strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, or related roles.
Experience planning and executing regional marketing programs and events.
Familiarity with Salesforce campaign tracking and regional reporting.

Mansioni

Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives aligned with sales priorities.
Localize national campaigns for regional execution with consistent messaging.
Create region-specific materials using Canva, ChatGPT, and MS Office; use tools that enable autonomy.
Manage regional email campaigns, social media, branch pages, and digital initiatives including SEO and events.
Partner with sales and operations to support onboarding, proposals, and client materials.
