First Onsite Property Restoration seeks a Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive regional growth across multiple states. You will work with about 20 business developers and regional teams to craft and execute regional marketing plans that impact revenue and growth goals.

You will tailor campaigns for your region, collaborate with the global marketing team, and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. Travel ~10% as needed to support events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, communications, event coordination, or a related role.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional or geographically distributed teams.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience planning and executing trade shows, events, or continuing education programs, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing initiatives aligned with sales priorities, adjusting tactics based on performance and market feedback.
• Localize national campaigns for regional execution while maintaining consistent messaging.
• Create region-specific materials using Canva, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Office; champion tools that drive creative autonomy.
• Manage regional email campaigns, social media channels, branch pages, and digital initiatives including SEO and event promotion.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing and sales collateral and coordinate specialized support from global marketing (PR, paid media, thought leadership).
