Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the SVP to develop regional budgets that support quarter-over-quarter and year-over-year growth targets.
  • Oversee Office Managers in managing practice-level P&Ls, labor efficiency, and overall financial performance.

  • Monitor collections, accounts receivable (A/R) aging, and regional financial trends.
  • Maintain accountability for cash reconciliation and financial processes at the practice level.
Talent Development and Culture
  • Recruit, hire, and develop high-performing Office Managers.
  • Build a strong internal leadership pipeline, including future Multi-Location and Regional Managers.
  • Foster a high-performance culture rooted in accountability, ownership, collaboration, and trust.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making and the adoption of relevant technology to improve practice performance.
Compliance

  • Maintain audit readiness and consistent operational standards across all assigned practices.
  • Partner with support teams to address compliance concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.
