Kennedy Jenks is seeking a Regional Business Leader to guide sales, project delivery, financial, operational, client, and people performance of a defined region. This senior role reports to the COO and collaborates with Area Managers and project leaders to align regional priorities with company goals.

The role oversees strategy, regional development, risk management, and talent planning, ensuring high-impact client service and profitable operations across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 15+ years of industry experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and clients.

Responsabilités

• Engage delivery and client service teams to maintain coordinated performance.
• Identify and communicate performance risks to leadership and develop mitigation plans.
• Lead overall strategy and growth of a region aligned with the company plan.
• Provide guidance on pursuits, proposals, scopes, pricing, budget and metrics.
• Ensure profitable regional performance and compliance with laws and policies.
• Lead collaboration across disciplines, define client service and solutions.
• Oversee staffing plans, succession planning, and talent development.
