Ampirical Solutions LLC is seeking an EPC Prime Growth Leader for the Northeast region. This fully remote role requires frequent travel within NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, and ME, with occasional trips to Louisiana.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of business development experience with at least 5 years in the electric utility or related industry.
• Ability to travel 50-75% as part of regional responsibilities.
• Proven track record in closing large, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies targeting existing accounts and new opportunities.
• Conduct market analysis to inform decisions and adjust tactics.
• Lead client engagement, deliver presentations, and drive capture strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
• Track KPIs such as revenue growth, win rates, and client satisfaction.
• Expand service and solution offerings to address client needs.
• Manage the sales continuum from lead generation to contract negotiation.
• Promote corporate brand and strategic initiatives, and drive growth operations.
