Ampirical is seeking an EPC Prime Growth Leader – Regional to drive growth across the Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Missouri region. This fully remote role requires frequent travel and close collaboration with engineering, procurement, construction, and marketing teams to deliver client solutions.

You will lead growth initiatives, manage an enterprise pipeline, and shape the company's regional strategy while representing Ampirical at industry events and strengthening client

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in business development
• 5+ years in electric utility or related industry
• Proven closer with complex sales engagements

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies across the regional footprint
• Conduct market analysis to inform decisions and tactics
• Lead client engagement, deliver presentations, manage relationships
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery
• Track KPIs: revenue growth, win rates, market share, client satisfaction
• Expand service offerings and manage sales continuum
• Promote corporate brand and strategic initiatives
• Drive growth operations with accurate forecasts and pipelines
