McKim & Creed, Inc. in Richmond, VA seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer (PE) to drive regional growth for BEI services in Healthcare and Higher Education facilities. You will lead client engagement, develop strategic plans, and build a strong project pipeline to expand market share.

The role requires a PE license, a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, and 8+ years of client-management experience in the construction industry. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a PE license.
• 8+ years of client management experience in the construction industry.
• Proven ability to grow market share and build client relationships.
• Strong leadership and communication across all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to generate and engage with clients and partners to build new and repeat business for BEI in the Richmond, VA market.
• Work with BEI management to build strategic business development plans setting and meeting revenue growth targets and take ownership of their execution.
• Develop a strong pipeline of new clients and partners through direct or indirect customer contact and prospecting including marketing, outreach to clients to develop effective teams for proposals.
• Help increase BEI's presence at industry events, in person and online.
• Provide feedback from clients and partners to help drive the service delivery roadmap.
• Provide accurate and timely forecasts, update leads and targets to meet sales objectives.
