Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Group Manager (Electrical PE) to lead the electrical engineering group within our BEI unit.

You will oversee technical design, work with clients directly, and guide a multi-disciplinary project team to deliver high-quality services. The role requires 8+ years of experience, PE certification (or ability to obtain quickly), and demonstrated expertise in power, lighting, telecom, and fire alarm systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering leadership roles.
• PE certification or ability to obtain via reciprocity.
• Experience in building power, lighting, telecom, and fire alarm systems.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the client interface for project matters and interacts with clients directly.
• Leads and oversees technical and design services for electrical engineering projects within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Supervises and develops the team through coaching, mentoring, and recruitment of regional staff.
