You will manage multi-discipline teams, develop business opportunities, and ensure timely, quality results while staying within budgets.

The role requires PE licensure, 8+ years of relevant experience, and expertise in power, lighting, telecom, and fire alarm systems. Opportunity to coach, mentor, and grow regional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years professional experience required.
• PE certification or ability to gain one quickly through reciprocity.
• Experience in building power, lighting, telecom, and fire alarm systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the client interface for project matters and frequently interacts and works directly with clients.
• Leads and oversees the technical and design services for electrical engineering projects as part of a multi‑discipline project team.
• Supervises and mentors the team, recruits regional members, and develops career paths.
• Allocates resources and balances manpower across projects to meet budgets and schedules.
• Prepares proposals, reports, design drawings, technical specs, and permit submittals.
• Sources new clientele and delivers high-quality service through operational excellence.
