Job summary

McKim & Creed, Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineering Group Director to lead the Raleigh BEI team, driving growth in healthcare, university and municipal markets. You will provide technical direction and expand client relationships to elevate project execution across BEI sector.

The role calls for NC PE licensure or reciprocity, 8+ years in project delivery and strong leadership, business development and mentoring capabilities across national offices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
NC PE licensure or eligibility through reciprocity.
Minimum 8 years in project delivery and business management for Buildings, Energy & Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Maintain key client relationships and develop new clients for BEI projects.
Oversee business development, marketing and quality control across electrical projects.
Direct resource utilization, recruiting and development of team members.
Lead electrical training sessions across the national footprint.
Select project leadership for strategic projects and client engagements.
