Job summary

Millennium Control Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Beachwood, OH to drive sales growth and establish the company as a trusted provider in automation and controls.

You will develop strategies, manage relationships with key accounts, and collaborate with marketing to promote products at trade shows and in publications, while ensuring compliance and delivering training and support as needed.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in Automation & Controls Sales.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full quoting process from initial inquiry through post-sale support.
• Research account package industries to understand market dynamics, competitors, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain client relationships in your account package sectors.
• Work with the team to enhance or develop new equipment that meets industry requirements and is cost-effective.
• Create and execute sales plans to enter target markets, acquire customers, and boost market share.
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns and materials that showcase products.
• Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring favorable terms and resolving issues during the sales process.
• Provide training and support to staff, distributors, and end-users on product usage and promotion.
• Monitor and analyze sales, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
• Ensure products meet industry regulations and standards.
• Represent the company at industry events to build connections and visibility.
