Integrion Automation, formerly Wauseon Machine, seeks a Business Development Manager – Regional to grow our presence in the Ohio market. You will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities with industrial manufacturing clients, coordinating with Applications Engineering and management to tailor proposals.

You will travel up to 50% across North America, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue through a disciplined sales process while maintaining CRM and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Educational background in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience selling custom automated solutions.
• Geographic location in Ohio preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter.
• Willingness to travel within North America up to 50%.

Aufgaben

• Market research and target account identification in defined territory.
• Present Integrion value proposition to clients through presentations.
• Develop understanding of client needs with consultative selling.
• Qualify opportunities and maintain CRM throughout sales cycle.
• Manage opportunities using Integrion sales process and coordinate with Applications Engineering.
• Develop and execute win strategies with input from leadership and engineering.
• Coordinate client feedback and contract negotiations.
• Maintain regular client contact and align services offerings for long-term success.
