Job summary

You will coach Directors, Ambassadors, and Launch Directors, manage KPIs, analyze performance data, and collaborate with regional teams to deliver growth plans. Expect travel around 60% to support Chapters and Members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual growth strategies to achieve Membership, retention, launch, and revenue goals.
• Drive market expansion and penetration opportunities and oversee new Chapter development initiatives.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective Members, Chapter opportunities, and leadership talent.
• Drive net Membership growth through strategic recruitment, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, Chapter performance metrics, and business reports to identify opportunities and risks.
• Partner with Regional Development to develop and execute area growth plans aligned with market objectives.
