Job summary

BNI Global in the United States is seeking an Area Director to lead revenue growth, membership, and retention across the assigned market. You will act as the business leader, developing and executing growth plans to increase Chapter performance and member engagement.

You will recruit and develop leadership teams, drive market expansion, monitor KPIs, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining strong relationships with Chapters and support teams. Travel about 60% and a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth, Membership growth, retention, and overall business performance within the assigned market.
• Develop and execute annual growth strategies to achieve Membership, retention, launch, and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective Members, Chapter opportunities, and leadership talent.
• Coach Directors, Ambassadors, and Launch Directors to improve Chapter growth and Member engagement.
• Utilize analytics to evaluate Chapter health and implement corrective action plans.
• Lead onboarding, training, and professional development initiatives for area teams.
• Ensure Chapters have strategic growth plans that support Member success and long-term sustainability.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and ethical business practices.
