Job summary

Principal International is seeking a Regional Managing Director to partner with leaders to develop and attract top-tier professionals, driving results and building an intentional culture.

You will recruit, train, and lead a diverse group of advisors, provide day-to-day leadership and business development, and work to meet recruiting, production, and expense targets across the business center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years related work experience including sales and management.
• Broad knowledge of sales techniques and insurance/ security sales regulations.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, lead, manage and coordinate a diverse group of producers.
• Ability to develop and maintain community relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a profitable business center by attracting, training, motivating and retaining advisors.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and business development.
• Achieve goals in recruiting and retention of advisors, production, persistency, and expense management.
