Responsibilities

• Oversee growth consulting and engagement for Central territory, driving advisor growth and retention and surfacing organic opportunities.
• Lead recruiting for Central, owning the full funnel from first contact to close.
• Develop and coach the Engagement Consultant and Internal Recruiters on the competitive landscape and value proposition.
• Own escalations and partner with leadership on strategic outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Marketing on content, dashboards, and campaigns.
