Job summary

Principal Global Investors seeks a Regional Managing Director in the United States to partner with leaders to attract top-tier professionals, get results, and build an intentional culture across the center.

You will lead day-to-day operations, drive business development, and set recruiting, production, persistence, and expense goals aligned with corporate objectives. Travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years related work experience, including sales and management.
• Broad knowledge of sales techniques and regulations governing insurance and security sales.
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, lead, manage and coordinate a diverse group of producers.
• Ability to develop and maintain community relations.
• CLU/ChFC/CFP/CLF designations desired.
• Some travel required, including overnight stays up to 15%.

Responsibilities
