Qualifications

• Requires bachelor degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years related work experience, including sales and management.
• Broad knowledge of sales techniques and regulatory requirements for insurance products.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to recruit, train, lead, and coordinate a diverse team of producers.
• Ability to develop and maintain community relations.
• CLU/ChFC/CFP/CLF designations desired.
• Some travel required, including overnight stays up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop a profitable business center by attracting, training, motivating and retaining advisors.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and business development.
• Achieve goals in recruiting and retention of advisors, production, persistency, and expense management.
