Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to engage and coach financial advisors in the Upper Midwest, driving organic growth through client acquisition, net flows, and practice management. You will partner with field leaders to deliver cohorts, labs, and coaching across a defined geography, with travel to territory and national functions.

The role emphasizes performance-based guidance, data-driven analysis, and the Four Disciplines of Execution to influence advisor

Qualifications

3-5 years' relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Active Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Engage and coach advisors to grow their businesses organically through net client acquisition, net flows, and practice management.
Partner with field leaders to drive results across geography via cohorts and learning labs.
Facilitate growth coaching through business planning, town halls, and one-on-one interactions.
Develop technical labs and content to upskill advisors and drive growth.
Travel with Field Leaders to territory and national functions to promote adoption.
