Job summary

Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to engage and coach advisors across the Upper Midwest, driving client acquisition, net flows, and practice management. You will partner with field leaders to drive results through cohorts, labs, and proactive advisor support.

You will analyze data, influence growth strategies, and develop tailored growth plans for advisors while collaborating with leaders to align messages and drive execution across the region.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years' relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Active Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Engage and coach advisors to grow their businesses organically through net client acquisition, net flows, and practice management techniques.
• Partner with field leaders to drive results across geography via cohorts and learning labs.
• Analyze data to drive sales results and behavior change, and influence advisor growth.
• Build cohorts of advisors focused on growth and curate content to generate discussion.
• Deliver growth content regionally and nationally and travel with field leaders to territory and national functions.
