Job summary

Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC. seeks an EAR Ramp Up Regional Sales Director to accelerate revenue growth for transferring books of business. You will coach, analyze, and plan with advisors, driving GDC and asset growth while coordinating with field leaders and product partners. This remote role supports the EAR Ramp Up program across the US.

The role emphasizes structured coaching, business planning, and accountability to deliver measurable advisor outcomes and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience participating in client meetings supporting / facilitating the discussion and client case analysis.
• Ability to review, analyze, and identify data trends to propose solutions.
• Leadership to motivate advisors and field staff.
• FINRA Series 7 or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State securities registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Active State IAR (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to travel 25%.

Responsibilities

• Drive post-transition revenue growth and asset accumulation for EAR advisors.
• Partner with advisors to establish 12-month growth plans.
• Monitor progress against pre-transition production benchmarks and growth targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase client acquisition and deepen client relationships.
• Coordinate coaching strategies with field leaders, lead advisors, and partners.
• Deliver one-on-one coaching and structured growth planning sessions.
• Lead advisor participation in the EAR Ramp Up program and related initiatives.
• Collaborate with Franchise Field Partners, Complex Directors, and Lead Advisors.
