Job summary

Americans for Prosperity (AFP) is seeking a Regional Field Manager to recruit and engage grassroots leaders in Eau Claire, WI, mobilize them to advocate for policy reforms, and drive AFP priorities forward. This role involves coordinating events, training activists, and managing canvassing contractors across the state.

You will work with a dedicated team within Stand Together's philanthropic community, championing PBM-based values, and coordinating volunteers to advance AFP initiatives, often

Responsibilities

• Identify activists and leaders across Wisconsin and motivate them to advocate for change
• Equip local leaders with AFP resources and training to advance policy goals
• Organize events and engage the public in person and via calls/social media
• Maintain regular contact with activists to keep them informed and active
• Oversee part-time canvassing contractors including scheduling, compliance, and best practices
