Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, and/or political campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage community leaders.
• Equip leaders to advocate for changes.
• Organize events to engage the public.
• Maintain regular contact with activists.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors.
