Job summary

Stand Together is seeking a Regional Field Manager (Grassroots Engagement Director) to identify, recruit, and engage grassroots leaders in Orlando and across Florida, mobilizing them to advocate for policy reforms aligned with AFP principles.

You will organize events, train volunteers, coordinate canvassing contractors, and maintain ongoing communication to keep activists motivated. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are required; evenings and weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in grassroots advocacy, community organizing, and/or political campaigns.
• Volunteer or staff supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify activists and motivate them to advocate for change.
• Equip local leaders with AFP training and resources.
• Organize events to engage the public through in-person outreach and digital channels.
• Keep activists informed and motivated through regular contact.
• Manage part-time canvassing contractors and ensure legal compliance.
