Customized Distribution Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional General Manager for our expanding Allentown operation in PA. You will lead growth, staffing, and process improvements across warehousing, distribution, and customer fulfillment in a fast-paced, multi-customer environment.

You’ll manage KPI-driven performance, safety, and customer satisfaction while developing leaders and integrating new customers to support regional expansion.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment.
• Experience leading large-scale operations, facility expansions, or complex distribution environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion and growth of Allentown operations, with new customer integration and workforce growth.
• Oversee warehouse and distribution activities including receiving, inventory, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop staffing strategies and manage budgeting, labor planning, and P&L performance.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a dedicated, directly hired workforce and management team.
