Lowe's Companies, Inc. seeks a Regional General Manager for a million+ square foot distribution center. You will own operations execution, drive daily, weekly and annual goals, recruit and develop leaders, and foster a safe, productive environment.

Lead relationships with customers, community, suppliers, and corporate teams, ensuring policy compliance and prudent resource management across the facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7 years of distribution operations experience in a large volume, automated center.
• 5 years of leadership experience with direct report responsibility.
• Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining an effective management team.
• Experience creating and managing a budget.
• Proven safety performance and building a culture of safety.

• Plan and execute against daily, weekly and annual goals to meet service requirements.
• Recruit, train, and manage a diverse and talented associate population.
• Develop and nurture a positive, safe and productive work environment.
• Manage relationships with store customers, local community, suppliers, and corporate support.
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and successful implementation of plans.
• Ensure effective stewardship of company resources.
