Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure operational metrics are achieved.
• Plan the workflow and labor to achieve customer expectations.
• Meet or exceed shipping accuracy of 99.9%.
• Ensure all paperwork and data entry is completed by 9am the next day and end of billing period by end of day.
• Communicate all aspects of the operation to the Operations Manager.
• Participate in daily communications with Management Team.
