Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years equivalent experience in warehousing operations.
• Flexibility to travel frequently across multiple facilities.
• Understanding of logistics operations and processes.
• Knowledge of PC software, including MS Office.
• Experience with order fulfillment and warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage materials management and warehousing strategies, policies and procedures.
• Drive a safety-first culture using performance tools, adherence and coaching.
• Collaborate with business lines on supply chain process improvements.
• Ensure KPIs reflect core processes and support efficient operations.
• Manage labor resources to meet daily operational requirements.
• Provide equipment, materials and documents for task completion.
• Monitor performance and provide guidance or discipline as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts.
• Drive continuous improvement and industry best practices.
