Job summary

Executive Recruiting Group in Jacksonville, FL seeks a General Manager to drive regional commercial and operational development, safety performance, and the delivery of the regional project portfolio. You will establish the organization, recruit and lead the team, and align with global operation and marketing teams to meet objectives.

This role requires 15+ years in energy infrastructure project/program leadership, strong knowledge of EPC contracts and cost accounting, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project/program management in the Energy Infrastructure industry.
• Master's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical, or electrotechnical engineering or another relevant discipline.
• MBA or Master’s in Business or Commercial would be a plus.
• Knowledge of standard cost accounting and budgetary control.
• Proven leadership under direct management.
• Knowledge of EPC contract and renewable energy business.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional operations and business activities.
• Collaborate with Global Operation and central organization for deployment of processes and tools.
• Coordinate communication across Finances, Engineering, contract administration, sourcing and Quality.
• Lead and manage the regional operations team performance.
• Monitor monthly project reviews and regional KPI dashboards.
• Prepare region budget from market assessment to reporting and cash flow.
• Apply sales project management best practices within the region.
• Drive bid, commercial and operations for portfolio management.
