Job summary

UG2 seeks a Senior Regional Engineering Manager to lead engineering, facilities operations, maintenance, and infrastructure across a regional portfolio. You will drive strategic direction, capital planning, workforce development, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement.

You will advise executive leadership, manage client relationships, and partner with sales to accelerate growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and asset reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA or related) preferred for senior leadership.
• Extensive experience leading multi-site facilities engineering or operations.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations across a multi-site regional portfolio.
• Develop and execute regional engineering strategies aligned with client objectives and growth.
• Lead regional capital planning, project execution, and safety/compliance programs.
• Build high-performing teams and mentor regional leaders to drive performance.
