Qualifications

• 5+ years operations or general management experience.
• Experience managing multi-state or regional operations.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proven ability to drive KPIs and operational excellence.
• Experience with partner/vendor management.
• Solar or renewable energy industry experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Willingness to travel within region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional business functions across the Central United States, including Texas, Illinois, Ohio, and Michigan.
