Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Regional Mobility Partner to own end-to-end delivery of international assignments within the region and serve as the main contact for employees, managers, HR teams and external vendors.

You will support and coordinate Arvato USA's employer-sponsored immigration program, collaborating with US HR and counsel. This role emphasizes in-house processing with potential external delivery as the model evolves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, law or related field.
• Experience managing international assignments or mobility programs.
• Strong knowledge of US immigration processes and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee immigration case management and documentation collection.
• Coordinate employer-sponsored immigration activities with counsel.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, managers, HR and vendors.
• Provide status metrics and risk analysis for workforce planning.
• Manage assignments from initiation through repatriation or localization.
