Job summary

Arvato is seeking a Regional Mobility Partner to own end-to-end delivery of international assignments within a defined region and to support US immigration programs. You will coordinate with HR, managers and external counsel, manage case workups, and ensure compliance with immigration laws while aligning with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 3 years of corporate immigration, global mobility or immigration case management experience.
• Experience managing employment-based immigration programs for U.S. employers.
• Strong knowledge of PERM, USCIS filings, DOL regulations, and green card processes.
• Experience with immigration law firms and cross-border HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee immigration case management, documentation, compliance and reporting.
• Lead company-sponsored employment-based immigration activities with counsel.
• Serve as primary contact for employees, managers, HR, recruiters and immigration attorneys.
• Coordinate international assignments and cross-border moves from initiation to repatriation.
• Monitor deadlines, filing windows and compliance; develop policies and guidance.
• Provide strategic guidance on sponsorship feasibility and costs with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with home/host HR, external vendors and COE for policy implementation.
