PCRK Group- Massage Envy in West Cleveland, OH is seeking a Floating General Manager to lead 2–3 locations. If you’re passionate about wellness, develop high-performing teams, and thrive in a results-driven environment, this is for you.

The role serves as a training pathway to a permanent General Manager position overseeing a dedicated location. You’ll coach and mentor staff, drive sales and member growth, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience (spa, fitness, retail, or hospitality experience a plus).
• Passionate about wellness and creating a positive environment for clients and staff.
• Strong communicator and motivator with ability to build cohesive, productive teams.
• Skilled at interpreting business metrics to drive smart decisions.
• Organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of 2–3 locations including scheduling, staffing, inventory, payroll, and compliance.
• Lead by example and champion Massage Envy’s core values in every interaction.
• Coach and mentor your team to set them up for success and growth.
• Drive performance metrics (sales, member growth, service excellence) to exceed goals.
• Create an exceptional client experience where guests feel seen, heard, and cared for.
• Foster a supportive, high-energy culture where team members feel valued and empowered.
