Job summary

PCRK Group - Massage Envy is seeking a driven Floating General Manager to lead operations in the Oswego, IL region. This role serves as a development and training pathway toward a dedicated General Manager position, focusing on matching leadership strengths with location needs.

You will manage 2-3 locations, coach teams, drive key performance metrics and ensure an outstanding client experience while fostering a high-energy, wellness-focused culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in spa, fitness, retail or hospitality.
• Passion for wellness and creating a positive environment for clients and staff.
• Strong communicator and motivator capable of building cohesive, productive teams.
• Skilled at interpreting business metrics and using them to drive smart decisions.
• Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for 2-3 locations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, payroll and compliance.
• Lead by example and champion Massage Envy’s core values in every interaction.
• Coach and mentor the team to enable growth and performance.
• Drive sales, member growth and service excellence to meet or exceed goals.
• Create an exceptional client experience where guests feel seen, heard and cared for.
• Foster a supportive, high-energy culture where team members feel valued and empowered.
