PCRK Group - Massage Envy is seeking a driven Floating General Manager to lead in our Northeastern Illinois region. This role serves as a development pathway to a permanent General Manager, with a focus on identifying strengths and fitting them to locations and leadership needs.

You will support daily operations for 2–3 locations, coach teams, drive sales and service metrics, and create an outstanding guest experience while fostering a high-energy, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in spa, fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Passionate about wellness and fostering a positive environment for clients and staff.
• Strong communicator and motivator with ability to build cohesive teams.
• Skilled at interpreting business metrics to drive smart decisions.
• Organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations for 2–3 Massage Envy locations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, payroll, and compliance.
• Lead by example and champion Massage Envy’s core values in every interaction.
• Coach and mentor the team, setting them up for success and ongoing growth.
• Drive performance metrics (sales, member growth, service excellence) to exceed goals.
• Create an exceptional client experience where guests feel seen, heard, and cared for.
• Foster a supportive, high-energy culture where team members feel valued and empowered.
