Massage Envy in Canton, OH is seeking a floating General Manager to lead multiple locations and develop high-performing teams. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and champion Massage Envy’s values to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in spa, fitness, retail, or hospitality.
• Passionate about wellness and creating a positive environment.
• Strong communicator and motivator with ability to build cohesive teams.
• Skilled at interpreting business metrics and using them to drive smart decisions.
• Organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for 2–3 locations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, payroll, and compliance.
• Lead by example, championing Massage Envy’s core values in every interaction.
• Coach and mentor your team, setting them up for success.
• Drive performance metrics (sales, member growth, service excellence) to exceed goals.
• Create an exceptional client experience by ensuring every guest feels seen and cared for.
• Foster a supportive, high-energy culture where team members feel valued.
