Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks a Regional Sales & Operations Leader in Phoenix to drive budgeted sales, margin, and full P&L for the assigned territory. You will lead a high-performing region, build partnerships with dealers and sales offices, and guide a diverse team to deliver a world-class customer experience.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 10+ years in sales/ops, and HVAC experience. Base salary plus incentive, with a national compensation framework and regional variations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, 10+ years in sales and operations management.
• Minimum of 5+ years of general management experience with proven leadership and results.
• HVAC sales experience or related HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Experience developing distribution and sales plans to grow market share and margins.
• Strong computer proficiency including Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the region to achieve budgeted sales, margin, and full P&L objectives within the territory.
• Participate in regional business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Develop and support a high-performing team of area managers and sales/service leaders.
• Set the vision for the region and build an engaged culture delivering world-class customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with EH&S, quality, and sales/ops standards to drive execution.
• Build partnerships with Trane dealers, sales offices, and retail operations leaders.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and team performance to improve results.
