You will lead a market-based distribution team to drive growth in residential and light commercial equipment, parts and supplies, maximize profitability, and strengthen customer loyalty across the region.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of leadership experience with large teams, and proven sales/operations knowledge.
