Poolie LLC seeks a General Manager to lead a regional branch, driving revenue growth and profitability while managing Service Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians. You will steer territory development, commercial partnerships, and client retention in a growth-focused environment.

The role requires proven leadership in home services, strong sales and negotiation skills, and fluency with CRM and collaboration tools to scale operations and quality across branches.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in senior operations roles (GM/Director/Branch Manager).
• Direct experience driving top-line growth, revenue targets, and P&L performance.
• Comfort leading multi-tier teams and handling high-stakes client escalations.
• Strong tech proficiency with CRMs and collaboration tools.

Responsabilidades

• Drive top-line regional revenue growth and oversee P&L for the branch.
• Lead Service Managers, Supervisors, and Technicians to deliver quality service.
• Expand market share by partnering with commercial sales and managing territory development.
• Ensure client retention and high customer satisfaction through leadership and process improvements.
