Arrow Electronics seeks a General Manager I to lead the sales strategy for one of its largest US markets, based in the greater Los Angeles area. You will align market initiatives with company goals, drive cross-functional programs, and manage a diverse sales team to deliver value to customers and suppliers.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree with 10 years in electronic components sales or business development, P&L management, and strong CA market knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 10 years’ experience in electronic component sales/marketing or business development.
• Thorough understanding of Distribution.
• 5+ years’ experience leading regional Field Sales and Inside Sales teams.
• Experience managing P&L and business operations.
• Knowledge of the CA market and regional priorities.

• Form initiatives and programs with Business Segment Leaders to drive market success.
