Qualifications

• Education: BS Engineering (Chemical preferred) or MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in General Management and Leadership Roles in Industrial Gas Business.
• Three years or more of Sales and Operations Management with P&L responsibility; ten years or more direct management in Industrial Gas/Distribution.
• Strong leadership, communication, financial analysis, and organizational design capabilities; proven sales leadership in commercial gas business.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer facing activities to grow profitable sales across the regional business.
• Develop and coach key managers as part of the Zone Management team and identify future leaders.
• Coordinate with Marketing, SHE, Supply Chain and Operations on safe, efficient, and profitable operations.
• Manage back office operations and participate in cost reduction and service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety, profitability, and above-market growth with zero accidents.
