Job summary

Sitreps LLC in Baltimore is seeking a President to run the Residential Home Services business across all locations. You will oversee every location, lead GMs and functional leaders, and set a single operating standard while owning the plan for future growth.

You will be accountable for the full P&L, drive operational cadence, and build a high-performing leadership bench in a fast-paced, privately held environment. This is a high-impact executive role based in the Baltimore area.

Qualifications

• Track record running a multi-site operation or business unit at meaningful scale with P&L accountability.
• Experience leading leaders: hiring, developing, and, when needed, replacing managers who run their own teams.
• Enterprise-level financial fluency: read the P&L, identify leaks, and close gaps.
• Leadership presence that works on a job site with technicians and in a board room with investors.
• Bias to action and an ownership mentality over reporting activity.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Baltimore area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all locations as one enterprise: align leaders and standardize operations.
• Manage full P&L across locations, revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cash, and annual operating plan.
• Lead a leadership team across service, install, sales, finance, HR, and marketing to build bench strength.
• Implement one operating cadence: weekly reviews, scorecards, and cross-site accountability.
• Drive growth: market share, pricing, new service lines, and regional acquisitions integration.
• Provide platform and board reporting: forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews with platform leadership.
