Job summary

Seven Executive Limited is seeking a commercially minded General Manager to lead and grow an established service centre in North Carolina. The role combines full P&L ownership with sales leadership and team development to drive revenue growth while maintaining operational excellence.

You will own the local operation within a rapidly expanding multi-location platform, supported by a larger corporate infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Proven General Manager or Branch Manager with P&L ownership.
• Strong commercial acumen and revenue-growth track record.
• Experience coaching managers and frontline teams.
• Ability to balance growth with operational excellence.
• Experience in home services or adjacent fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall branch performance with P&L accountability.
• Drive revenue growth through sales leadership and coaching.
• Develop and mentor managers, supervisors and frontline teams.
• Improve metrics like conversion, average ticket, productivity, and customer retention.
• Ensure operational excellence across service, installation and customer experience.
• Build a high-performance culture focused on results and accountability.
• Partner with regional leadership to execute objectives and growth initiatives.
