Job summary

Schindler Group in Ohio region is seeking a General Manager to oversee sales, installation and modernization servicing within the designated district. You will drive performance, lead a large team of sales and field superintendents, and align operations with the business unit strategy.

You will develop regional plans, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with key customers and consultants to expand market share while ensuring safety, quality and profitability across the district.

Qualifications

• Ten to fifteen years in elevator industry or service business.
• Experience managing a full P&L.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement region operations and district quality initiatives.
• Mentor and lead District Service Manager and field personnel.
• Grow sales and service revenue while managing budgets.
