Job summary

Schindler Elevator Corporation in Toledo, Ohio is seeking a General Manager to oversee sales, installation and modernization servicing within the district, aligning operations with the Business Unit plan. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Management, or Engineering
• 10–15 years of experience in elevator or service industry
• Experience managing a full P&L
• Ability to communicate and negotiate with customers and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, installation, and servicing within the district to meet business plans.
• Lead District Service Manager, District NI Manager, and senior field staff.
• Develop and execute a customer service strategy for satisfaction.
• Build strong relationships with district customers and industry consultants.
• Plan and allocate district resources and budgets.
• Oversee field installation costs and process improvements.
