Job summary

Service Corporation International seeks an experienced Location Manager to oversee operations and financial performance at Brooklyn locations. You will guide daily activities, set priorities, and ensure safe, compliant operations while delivering outstanding service to client families.

You will develop staff, monitor budgets, and collaborate with Market Leadership to align goals with company strategy, quality standards, and growth targets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in Funeral Home Management with increasing responsibility.
• 2+ years of people management and budget/expense control experience.
• Knowledge of industry pricing, demographics, and market competition.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plan with local and Market Leadership, budget, financial, production and revenue goals.
• Monitor and achieve annual financial goals; approve expenditures and invoices including overtime.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure on-time services and exceptional client family experience.
• Develop staff, establish goals, communicate strategy, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
