Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ industry experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Two+ years guiding staff and communicating expectations.
• Budgeting and expense control experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and data visualization basics.
• Leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plans and budgets with Market Leadership.
• Manage daily operations, schedule workflows, and control expenses.
• Communicate strategies and goals to staff and ensure on-time services.
• Oversee financial goals, revenue targets, and P&L for the location.
• Lead staffing, attribute accountability, and drive employee development.
• Direct funeral arrangements, client interactions, and service quality.
