Job summary

Formlabs is seeking a Fulfillment Manager in Somerville, MA to lead regional outbound operations, oversee 3PL partners, and optimize the fulfillment spend. You will build dashboards with the Data/Systems team, focus on OTIF, and drive cost-efficient carrier networks.

Ideal candidates have proven e-commerce logistics experience, strong financial acumen, and excellent stakeholder communication. Equity is part of the compensation package. This full-time role reports to the Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business Analytics.
• Progressive experience in e-commerce fulfillment or outbound logistics.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing logistics budgets.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into leadership narratives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional outbound operations and ensure 3PLs meet SLAs.
• Oversee regional fulfillment budgets and reduce cost per order.
• Direct analytics with dashboards tracking OTIF and shipping margin leakage.
• Collaborate on launches and surges, model costs for volume spikes.
• Evolve routing guides, maintain promised delivery date.
• Analyze failed delivery trends to reduce reshipment costs.
• Mentor junior coordinators on analytics.
• Lead regional reverse logistics and cross-border distribution (US–Canada).
