Job summary

Formlabs in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Fulfillment Specialist to ensure timely order processing and flawless synchronization between Shopify, NetSuite, and our 3PL partners, so printers reach customers without friction.

You will coordinate daily carrier pickups with FedEx, UPS, and DHL; assist with weekly inventory cycle counts; audit outbound packaging and labeling for regional compliance; and support returns and reverse logistics with a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of order-to-cash cycles and warehouse operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication with internal teams and 3PL partners.
• Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, or common WMS.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regional order flows and ensure Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL sync.
• Resolve order exceptions to prevent delays.
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups with FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
• Assist in weekly inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Provide real-time updates on high-priority orders to teams.
• Audit outbound packaging and labeling for regional compliance.
• Manage regional returns and reverse logistics.
• Identify aging orders and escalate bottlenecks.
